What drew you to Tracksuit?

I definitely was drawn in by the people, 10/10 vibes. Everyone's so passionate about what they do and it makes such a difference when you're surrounded by people that want to do cool stuff.

What keeps you here?

Aside from all the awesome things we're doing as a business, I think being encouraged to bring my full self to work and think creatively is one factor in what's kept me here. The other thing that comes to mind is how my role has been able to evolve as the business has grown. I've really enjoyed being able to shape my career with Tracksuit and focus more on the things I love to do.

What drew you to Tracksuit?

At my previous role, I kept hearing buzz about Tracksuit. After researching, I discovered their fresh approach to both brand tracking and company culture. I felt both excited and nervous about interviewing. The transparent salary information was particularly refreshing, eliminating what's typically an awkward part of the interview process.

What keeps you here?

Tracksuit's culture is unlike anything I've experienced. There's a genuine effort to recognize and appreciate people. Being part of the research team feels like joining a family. I've never worked in a place with so many laughs while also feeling truly supported.

What drew you to Tracksuit?

The opportunity to be part of an epic growth story! Seeing the momentum in ANZ and the bold move into the US was exactly the kind of exciting challenge I wanted to be a part of!

What keeps you here?

It's the people, hands down. We're pushing boundaries and working very hard, but the entire team, from top to bottom, makes it so much fun. It's rare to find a place where you're constantly learning and growing while also getting at least one solid belly laugh a day!
