What's behind the growth
Ecover's brand-building has come through big, attention-grabbing stunts paired with real product and retail investment across the UK.
In May 2025 it took over London's Oxford Circus Tube station with "Waste No Space," a 127-metre push for its plastic-wrapper-free dishwasher tablets, via Uncommon Creative Studio and T&PM. That was followed in September by "Tetris: Fully Loaded," a free-to-play dishwasher-loading game fronted by actor Larry Lamb and his son George, built around the same product launch.
Come February 2026, Ecover unveiled a giant T-Rex installation for "The Gloves Are Off," promoting a new Power Washing Up Liquid designed to cut disposable rubber gloves from UK landfill, rolling out at Amazon, Waitrose and Sainsbury's. The same month, it reformulated its laundry powder and fabric softener into more concentrated, less-packaged versions, rolling out across Amazon, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose.
